 My Story

Hey! My name is Maz and I’m very happy to share a little story of myself with you. You’re probably wondering why STRONGFIT?

I created STRONGFIT to help you to reach your ultimate potential.

The importance isn’t just to be fit but also strong. Strong not just physically but also mentally.

With many years of experience as a coach and nutritionist I have a lot of knowledge working with clients with a different goals and needs.
My mission is to:

  • Educate you around right technique of exercises

  • Teach you to eat well not less

  • Help you to manage stress level

  • Improve your sleep

  • Help create balance & mindfulness

My aim in life is to help people like you not to give up on their health while running an extremely busy business.


I will help you to optimise your health, to build strength and boost energy you need to run successful business. It’s important to prioritise self-care just like you prioritise your work.

I will help you to find ways to incorporate exercise and healthy habits into your daily routine. I want you to say goodbye to one-size-fits all programs that don’t deliver results.

Throughout my life, i struggled to find the balance between running a successful business and staying in shape. But i’ve finally cracked the code and i’m here to show you how to do the same.
