Restricting yourself with food to getting into crazy low calories and just lifting weights will just explode your CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM one day. If lifting weights and low calories food would work, everyone would be in the best shape of their life but as you may know people aren’t.

It is crucial to correlate your goals with values to be able to progress and maintain fitness in your life otherwise you will always slip off the track.

And to be the one in your 70s when people won’t believe you actually 70 just because of the how alive and young you will look and feel.

How all of that sound? You see, people think it is so far to think about being in 70s.

But the truth is that we all will get older and if you already suffering from bad posture, pain and low energy then imagine how being lack of knowledge, poor exercising, nutrition and stress will make you feel at actual 70s?

Your training without taking time to work on building strong mindset won’t give you anything and that is exactly why you are not still there where you want to be.

Because that is exactly what makes you to do another rep, attend another workout, choose high quality food and to make things done when you don’t feel like doing them.
