STRONG MINDSET AND WHY IT’S A FUNDAMENTAL PART IN ACHIEVING ANY OF YOUR SUCCESS

The main solution which comes to people’s heads when it comes to loose weight, build muscles or simply improve their health and habits is:

"I have to go to the gym and train"

How I personally see that? Okay, let me give you an example and something to think about. I’m in London right now, seating and writing this for you to bring more clarity. Imagine,I decide to travel to US right now and telling you that I will just take an airplane and will try to fly it myself rather than leaving this for an experienced pilot. I have no idea how to fly airplane but I will check in Youtube. Sounds crazy no?

Exactly!! That’s exactly how I react when people say “I will check on Youtube and do on my own with 0 experience and understanding the fundamentals”.

Your body is not pair of shoes. Your body consists of not just muscles but also ligaments, tendons, bones, nervous system etc. Biomechanics play a huge role here and how your workout should look like. Also, understanding exercise physiology is crucial.

Sounds like a bit of mindfuck right? Maybe, but good news are that if you are ready to take care of yourself and invest in yourself you can learn a lot of things how to move safely to your goals and the most important part to move not to run in circles.

You see, the truth is that just lifting weigts isn't your solution. Lifting weights itself won't give you what you want and the best example of that are all people in the gym. Not all of them have results right? 
Most of them just look exhausted with no results. Do you know why? 

Because they luck of knowledge and strategy how to achieve them and how to adjust everything to their busy life schedule.

That is why M I N D S E T is so important. First you have to build strong mindset. To correlate your goals with your values. Why should you train and get stronger, more flexible, mobile, to get maybe in the best body shape you have only dreamed of. But first you MUST to understand why it’s important to you.

What do you think it will give you?

Maybe you will be able to live longer without any assistance and medications therefore enjoy beautiful life and what you love doing the most?

Maybe your confidence will skyrocket and you will apply for the job you always wanted but keep procrastinating because of thinking not being good enough?

Maybe achieving your goals will push you to ask for a date person you like? 

Or maybe you just want to wake up full of energy and not feeling any aches? 

You see, we all have our why. But when you find your why you will be ready to build stronger mindset and no one will have to push you to do things which are important to you. As very often I hear people saying “I have to be pushed”. Maybe you can be pushed with the intensity of the training but if you actually have to be pushed to train, improve quality of your habits, nutrition, sleep then you haven’t established the importance of fitness in your life.

What strong M I N D S E T means to me:

Well, it’s very strong topic for me and non negotiable thing in my life I can talk about for hours but I will try to articulate it in a simple terms. STRONG MINDSET is when you correlate your values with your goals. When you stop relying on motivation and stay disciplined and consistent. When you say NO to things which don't serve you and say YES to the things which help you grow without feeling bad about it.
When you build calmness in you and being able to stay resilient to all the stress in life choosing solutions over the panic mode.

Lifting weights in the gym, having crazy diets will burn you out and you will always give up.

I believe in affirmations but I strongly agree with Tony Robbins and want to share it today with all of you. I remember I hear Tony Robbins saying “Affirmations have power but itself it won’t give you anything if you aren’t ready to add action”.
