It depends on how well you will commit to the coaching. Also it depends on the life habits you had before we met.

Usually 1% of body weight per week it's something everyone can consider if there's no health issues and weight loss can take longer.

How long does it take to get in shape?

It depends on the body shape you have at the start of the program.

It depends how well you will complete all the tasks I ask you and how fast you respond to my emails.

do I have to do a lot of cardio?

It depends on your goals, occupation, lifestyle etc.

Cardio has to be part of your workout but doesn't have to occupy your day.
