Very often people overcomplicate a F A T L O S S by searching for a herbal tea, fat loss pills, crazy diets etc.
The first and very best advice I want to give you in the beginning is to start with very simple steps.
Increase your daily activity. How?
Park your car at the end of the car park and walk to the shop.
Choose better options in your nutrition.
Less calories food/ sauces.
Reduce alcohol and increase water intake.
Improve your sleep.
When your sleep is poor you may overeat. Aim for minimum 7 hours of sleep.
Choose snacks wisely.
100g of nuts contain 600kcal. I don’t think you will get rid of hunger feeling.
Try instead 200g of natural yoghurt with berries, tsp. of peanut butter, half of scoop of protein powder.
All together will have around 300kcal.
Have workout adjusted to your L I F E S T Y L E. When you overtrain you will overeat. Therefore, you waste hours training, overeat later and end up disappointed of not seeing results. Seems like you are running in the circles.
Sometimes training 3 times per week will bring you better results than training 5 times.
